The forming section, sizing section and straightening section respectively
including double-layer working table. The working table can be hoisted
in subsection and whole when changing rollers
The changement of forming stander is achieved by the drive of air cylinder .the
whole forming stander can shift out.After that, anther complete set of forming
stander with installed rollers can be changed quickly. The fixed side
stander and the movable stander are connected with a tooth embedded
clutch.it help device can be quick and accurate positioning connected
The rollers of device can be adjusted and changed offline .avoid
disassembly of transmission shaft’s screw. Saving time of changing
roller ,improve production efficiency
